Platinum Way villas are offered to tenants on a 12-month lease. The leasing process requires the completion of a standard Residential Tenancy Agreement as well as a Platinum Way Service Agreement. These documents clearly outline the responsibilities for both the tenant and the landlord. We welcome you to include other key support people in the review and completion of the application process.
The lease process is undertaken by our nominated, qualified residential property manager alongside our Accommodation Services team representative. Leases are renewed every 12 months. In the event a tenant wishes to vacate a property prior to the end of their lease, we ask that they provide 28 days' notice where possible.
Tenants are required to pay a Reasonable Rent Contribution (RRC) and cover the cost of all utilities. The RRC is set at 25% of the current disability support pension base rate plus 100% of Commonwealth Rent Assistance if applicable.
